Tumblr Inspired: Get Lippy

Another Tumblr Inspired FOTD today!  This time the inspiration was a gorgeous bold lip with really simple eye and face makeup, the picture of which you can see here.  How badly do I wish I had that girls lips, they are amazing!

I like this because it's not something I would ever think of doing myself.  If I've got makeup on then it's very rare that I don't have eye liner on and I'm much more likely to go for a light lip colour.  I loved the pink in the picture, it reminds me a little bit of MAC's Saint Germain (which I don't have) but it does'thave to be this obviously.

This is what my interpretation looked like anyway:

For this I just used foundation really lighty and filled in my brows with the lightest shade.  Instead of using blusher, I just used bronzer the way I normally would and then added a bit to the cheeks.  The other good thing about this is that you can use any colour lip you fancy so I've done it with pink and orange!  This will be perfect in the summer when you don't want a lot of makeup on.

As always, use whatever you have in your collection if your wanting to do this but I used:

Bourjous Healthy Mix Foundation in Shade 51, lightly

GOSH Eye Brow Kit, the lightest shade.

MUA Bronzed Perfection

Collection Skylash Mascara in Black

MUA Lipstick in Shade 3 (pink) and Topshop Lipstick in Ohh La La (orange).
