My 3 Favourite Perfumes

For ages now I have wanted to do a post about perfume but I can't wrap my brain around how to describe a smell.  Times like this some kind of smellovision thing would come in hand but since we have none, I'll try my hardest to explain the smell and why I like it.

This is my absolute, number one favourite perfume.  I think I'm on my third or fourth bottle because I absolutely love it.  This scent has been around for years, it was first made in 1995 and it's stuck around because it's such a beautiful smell. I would say this is a day time perfume as it's a really soft smell but it's still noticeable.  I usually get people asking me what it is when I'm wearing it.
The scent has been described as having "top notes" of berry, peach, apple and pear.  Now, I honestly don't actually know what "top notes" means but I would never have described this perfume as fruity as it's not tangy or anything.  However I do think it's like a muted, soft fruit smell to it.  I feel like I've made this sound awful but it's honestly amazing and if you ever see it I would definitely tell you to give it a sniff!

This is the newest addition to my perfume collection!  At first I seen the bottle and thought it was beautiful, then when I smelled this, I fell in love with it immediately.  This is definitely more of a night time perfume as it's a bit deeper and I would say it's a strong perfume.  It looks like I've hardly used any but a little really does go a long way and I think the pump thing makes it come out quite sparingly.
This has been described as having notes of vanilla, amber and cedar which sounds about right to a perfume novice idiot.  It's quite a deep smell but it's not like a musky scent, it's still really feminine and womanly.  I've not tried the original Heat scent but apparently this is a stronger version so if you've smelled Heat then this is probably much the same just more concentrated.

Is this not the cutest bottle ever?  After I'm finished, I am definitely keeping the bottle, even the cap is pure adorable with a wee crown with gems on it.  This one is fast running out though and I will be getting another! This perfume is sooo girly from the bottle to the actual scent.  This is a very sweet, fresh smell to me.  I hate floral perfumes but this one doesn't remind me of flowers despite it having notes of "lily, lotus and iris."  I think this is suitable for people of any age and it's perfect for a really noticeable day time scent.

So these are definitely my top 3 scents and I think that they will continue to be for a long time yet.  They are all very different but has a similar theme of being quite feminine perfumes.

Have you tried any of these perfumes?
